Cocktail of the month "AMARETTO SUNRISE – APRIL = Amaretto, orange juice, grenadine syrup, ice cubes and orange slice
Pomme Fatale cocktail of the month – MARCH = Cachaça, apple juice, lemon juice, fresh basil leaves, lemon slice, ice cubes
Sex on the beach cocktail of the month – FEBRUARY = Vodka, peach liqueur, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, ice cubes and a slice of orange
Cocktail of the month "Punch Coco – JANUARY = White rum, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, vanilla syrup or extract, cinnamon and nutmeg
Golden Day cocktail of the month – DECEMBRE = Vodka, cinnamon syrup or caramel, cinnamon powder, cider, champagne, cane sugar syrup, brown sugar and apple.
Cocktail of the month – JANUARY = Calvadoslemon juice, orange juice, cider, apple, orange/lemon.
Cocktail of the month – FEBRUARY ♡ = Vodka, raspberry cream, lemon juice, Crémant/Champagne/Prosecco, raspberry syrup, vanilla syrup, fresh raspberries.
Cocktail of the month – MARCH = Gin, crème de mûre, crème de framboise, pineapple juice, raspberry syrup, crushed ice OR ice cubes, pineapple wedge OR lemon wedge
Birthday Cocktail of the Month – APRIL = White rum, lime juice, cranberry juice, cane sugar syrup, ice cubes
Pink Tulip Cocktail of the Month – MAY = White port, Cointreau, raspberry cream, a dash of Tabasco and crushed ice
Freshness Cocktail of the Month – JUNE = Gin, grapefruit juice, cane sugar syrup, Schweppes Indian Tonic, lemon slices & cucumber
Cocktail of the month "Punch Breton – AUGUST = White rum, mead/chouchen, cane sugar syrup, ice cubes, apple
Pink October Cocktail of the Month – OCTOBER = Cointreau, lemon juice, peach cream, raspberry syrup, sparkling water and ice cubes
Apple cocktail of the month – NOVEMBER = Tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, apple juice, cane sugar syrup, cinnamon syrup and crushed ice
Where did the idea for our cocktail recipes come from?
The idea came to us during the confinements we all experienced. L'hotel-restaurant We've had to close our doors on several occasions, so we thought we'd share the recipes for our cocktails with you so that you can make them at home and feel like you're on holiday with us for a few minutes!

Our tips for a successful homemade cocktail
Don't neglect the balance of flavours in your cocktail. It's important to bring certain elements together to ensure a balanced mix.
Follow the rule of "3 S" and everything will be fine:
- Strong = add strong alcohol to the cocktail.
- Sweet = add a syrup, fruit juice or liqueur to sweeten.
- Sour = add acidity with, for example: lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange.
